Is RTT right for me if I’ve tried everything else?
What if I’m nervous or skeptical?
That’s totally normal—especially if anxiety is constantly challenging your sense of trust. I’m here to answer your questions during our free call. We’ll talk through your concerns, see if RTT aligns with your goals, and you’ll leave with clarity—whether you decide to move forward or not. Is this like traditional therapy?
RTT mixes together elements of hypnosis, psychotherapy, and CBT, but cuts straight to the origin of your struggles more directly. Think of it like a guided deep-dive into the subconscious “why,” so you can finally rewire what’s holding you back—rather than just talking about it. You’ll get faster clarity on the root of your anxieties and a tangible path to relief.
What about Hypnosis? Isn’t it about mind control or stage tricks?
I totally understand the skepticism—pop culture often portrays hypnosis as mind control or a stage gimmick (making people cluck like chickens or do silly dances). In RTT, hypnosis is nothing like that. It’s a gentle, collaborative process that guides you into a relaxed but focused state, similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a good book. You remain aware and in control the entire time. Why we use it: Safe Access to the Subconscious: Hypnosis helps quiet the mental chatter so you can explore the deeper beliefs driving your anxiety—without feeling overwhelmed. No “Mind Control”: You’re never forced to say or do anything. If something feels off, you can simply speak up or bring yourself out of the relaxed state. Faster Insights: Instead of spending months circling around the “why,” hypnosis can gently open the door to buried memories or beliefs in fewer sessions.
What about CBT? What’s that in RTT?
RTT also weaves in techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—a form of therapy that helps you identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. We use it in a hands-on, subconscious-focused way to speed up the shift from old habits to healthier, more empowering ones. CBT helps create: A safe, calm environment where you stay in the driver’s seat Clarity on “why” you feel stuck or anxious Real tools to rewire those beliefs for lasting relief—no stage tricks required.
